Zásady ochrany soukromí — aplikace LAUZNER

Stručně
Aplikace LAUZNER slouží k ovládání udírny s termostatem LAUZNER. Nesbíráme o vás žádné osobní údaje. Aplikace nemá uživatelské účty, nevyžaduje registraci, neobsahuje reklamu ani měřicí nástroje a nikomu nic o vás neposílá. Mluví s vaší udírnou na místní síti; jediné, na co se ptá mimo ni, je seznam nových verzí firmwaru na našem webu (viz níže).
Co aplikace ukládá do telefonu
Aby fungovala, ukládá si tyto údaje jen ve vašem telefonu:
- seznam vašich udíren — jméno a síťová adresa,
- nastavení uzení (teplota, kouř, limity) a vaše uložené programy,
- průběh uzení (naměřené teploty), aby šel zobrazit graf,
- heslo k vaší domácí Wi-Fi — pouze proto, aby se při dalším párování nemuselo psát znovu,
- předvolby upozornění.
Tyto údaje neopouštějí váš telefon. Nemáme k nim přístup my ani nikdo jiný. Odinstalováním aplikace se všechny smažou.
Oprávnění a proč je aplikace potřebuje
- Přístup k síti a informace o připojení — aby aplikace mohla mluvit s udírnou přes Wi-Fi.
- Odesílání dat do místní sítě (multicast) — tímto způsobem aplikace udírnu na síti najde.
- Upozornění — abyste věděli, že je maso hotové, vypršel čas nebo se ztratilo spojení. Upozornění vznikají v telefonu, neposílá je žádný server.
Aplikace nežádá o polohu, nepřistupuje ke kontaktům, fotografiím, mikrofonu ani kameře.
Aktualizace firmwaru udírny
Aplikace se může dotázat našeho webu lauzner.com, jestli existuje novější firmware pro řídicí jednotku udírny, a na vaše výslovné klepnutí z něj soubor s firmwarem stáhnout a poslat udírně po místní síti. Je to obyčejné stažení souboru: neodesílá se žádný údaj o vás ani o vaší udírně (ani sériové číslo, ani jméno, ani nastavení). Server vidí jen to, co vidí u každé návštěvy webové stránky — síťovou adresu, ze které dotaz přišel. Nic se neaktualizuje samo; bez vašeho klepnutí aplikace nic nestahuje ani neinstaluje.
Co neděláme
Nepoužíváme analytiku ani měření návštěvnosti, nezobrazujeme reklamu, nesledujeme vás napříč aplikacemi ani weby, nevytváříme profily a žádné údaje neprodáváme ani nepředáváme třetím stranám. Aplikace nemá žádný vlastní server, na který by posílala data; jediný kontakt mimo místní síť je stažení seznamu verzí a souboru s firmwarem z lauzner.com popsané výše.
Ovládání z prohlížeče
Udírnu lze ovládat i z prohlížeče, protože si sama poskytuje ovládací stránku. I tam probíhá veškerá komunikace pouze mezi vaším zařízením a udírnou na místní síti.
Děti
Aplikace není určena dětem a nesbírá údaje o nikom, tedy ani o nich.
Vaše práva
Protože o vás nezpracováváme žádné osobní údaje, není co zpřístupňovat, opravovat ani mazat. Vše, co aplikace vytvoří, máte ve svém telefonu a můžete to kdykoli smazat odinstalováním nebo vymazáním dat aplikace. Máte-li dotaz, napište nám.
Změny
Pokud se tyto zásady změní, zveřejníme novou verzi na této stránce a upravíme datum účinnosti nahoře.

Kurz gesagt
Die App LAUZNER dient zur Steuerung Ihres LAUZNER-Räucherofens. Wir erheben keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die App hat keine Benutzerkonten, erfordert keine Registrierung, enthält weder Werbung noch Analysewerkzeuge und sendet nichts über Sie an Dritte. Sie kommuniziert mit Ihrem Räucherofen im lokalen Netzwerk; das Einzige, was sie außerhalb abfragt, ist die Liste neuer Firmware-Versionen auf unserer Website (siehe unten).
Was die App auf dem Telefon speichert
- Liste Ihrer Räucheröfen — Name und Netzwerkadresse,
- Räuchereinstellungen (Temperatur, Rauch, Grenzwerte) und gespeicherte Programme,
- Verlauf des Räucherns (gemessene Temperaturen) für das Diagramm,
- das Passwort Ihres Heim-WLANs — ausschließlich, damit es beim erneuten Koppeln nicht neu eingegeben werden muss,
- Benachrichtigungseinstellungen.
Diese Daten verlassen Ihr Telefon nicht. Weder wir noch Dritte haben Zugriff darauf. Beim Deinstallieren der App werden sie gelöscht.
Berechtigungen und wofür sie nötig sind
- Netzwerkzugriff und Verbindungsinformationen — damit die App über WLAN mit dem Räucherofen sprechen kann.
- Senden ins lokale Netzwerk (Multicast) — so findet die App den Räucherofen im Netzwerk.
- Benachrichtigungen — damit Sie erfahren, dass das Fleisch fertig ist, die Zeit abgelaufen ist oder die Verbindung verloren ging. Die Benachrichtigungen entstehen im Telefon, kein Server ist beteiligt.
Die App fragt nicht nach dem Standort und greift nicht auf Kontakte, Fotos, Mikrofon oder Kamera zu.
Firmware-Update des Räucherofens
Die App kann bei unserer Website lauzner.com nachfragen, ob eine neuere Firmware für das Steuergerät des Räucherofens vorliegt, und auf Ihr ausdrückliches Tippen die Firmware-Datei herunterladen und dem Räucherofen über das lokale Netzwerk senden. Das ist ein gewöhnlicher Dateidownload: Es werden keine Daten über Sie oder Ihren Räucherofen übertragen (weder Seriennummer noch Name noch Einstellungen). Der Server sieht nur, was er bei jedem Besuch einer Webseite sieht — die Netzwerkadresse, von der die Anfrage kam. Nichts aktualisiert sich von selbst; ohne Ihr Tippen lädt und installiert die App nichts.
Was wir nicht tun
Keine Analyse, keine Werbung, kein Tracking über Apps oder Websites hinweg, keine Profilbildung, kein Verkauf und keine Weitergabe von Daten. Die App hat keinen eigenen Server, an den sie Daten senden würde; der einzige Kontakt außerhalb des lokalen Netzwerks ist das oben beschriebene Laden der Versionsliste und der Firmware-Datei von lauzner.com.
Steuerung über den Browser
Der Räucherofen lässt sich auch über den Browser bedienen, da er die Bedienseite selbst bereitstellt. Auch dabei bleibt die Kommunikation ausschließlich zwischen Ihrem Gerät und dem Räucherofen im lokalen Netzwerk.
Kinder
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt über niemanden Daten.
Ihre Rechte
Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeiten, gibt es nichts herauszugeben, zu berichtigen oder zu löschen. Alles, was die App erzeugt, liegt auf Ihrem Telefon und kann jederzeit durch Deinstallieren oder Löschen der App-Daten entfernt werden.
Änderungen
Änderungen dieser Erklärung veröffentlichen wir auf dieser Seite und passen das Datum oben an.

In short
The LAUZNER app controls your LAUZNER smokehouse thermostat. We do not collect any personal data. The app has no user accounts, requires no registration, contains no advertising and no analytics, and sends nothing about you anywhere. It talks to your smokehouse on your local network; the only thing it asks for outside it is the list of new firmware versions on our website (see below).
What the app stores on your phone
- the list of your smokehouses — name and network address,
- smoking settings (temperature, smoke, limits) and your saved programs,
- the course of smoking (measured temperatures) so the chart can be drawn,
- your home Wi-Fi password — only so that you do not have to type it again when pairing,
- notification preferences.
This data never leaves your phone. Neither we nor anyone else can access it. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
Permissions and why they are needed
- Network access and connection information — so the app can talk to the smokehouse over Wi-Fi.
- Sending to the local network (multicast) — this is how the app finds the smokehouse on the network.
- Notifications — to tell you the meat is done, the time is up or the connection was lost. Notifications are created on the phone; no server is involved.
The app does not ask for location and does not access contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
Smokehouse firmware updates
The app may ask our website lauzner.com whether a newer firmware for the smokehouse control unit exists and, on your explicit tap, download the firmware file and send it to the smokehouse over the local network. This is an ordinary file download: no data about you or your smokehouse is sent (no serial number, no name, no settings). The server sees only what it sees on any web page visit — the network address the request came from. Nothing updates on its own; without your tap the app downloads and installs nothing.
What we do not do
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no profiling, no selling or sharing of data. The app has no server of its own to send data to; the only contact outside the local network is downloading the version list and the firmware file from lauzner.com as described above.
Control from a browser
The smokehouse can also be controlled from a browser because it serves the control page itself. There too, all communication stays between your device and the smokehouse on the local network.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects data about no one.
Your rights
Because we process no personal data, there is nothing to disclose, correct or erase. Everything the app creates stays on your phone and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
